At Insurance Yeti, we aim to provide exceptional value through our products and services. Please review our refund and return terms carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Returns: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

Digital Products & Services

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital content (including downloadable files, online training, and memberships), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at wes@insuranceyeti.com, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide alternative access.

General Terms

Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe your card was charged in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately at wes@insuranceyeti.com.Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, though exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
